Nawaz Sharif diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease

Former prime minister and the supremo of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has been diagnosed with  “Coronary Artery Disease” (CAD) a complicated cardiac condition. Personal physician of the former Prime Minister Dr Adnan tweeted on Thursday.

Former premier was under diagnostics at Royal Brompton & Hare field hospital London.  Coronary artery disease is a complicated cardiac condition in which plaque builds up inside the walls of the coronary arteries of the patients. Because of this condition the arteries become narrow due to which the flow of blood to the heart decreases. Formal treatment has not yet started and doctors want some more tests. Nawaz Sharif is diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease after MRI and CT Scan.

Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in an air ambulance reached London via Qatar on November 19, where he was received by the members of his family. Nawaz Sharif was taken to the Aven Field apartment, Park Lane. Former was accompanied by his brother Mian Shahbaz Shabaz and his Physician Dr Adnan.

Islamabad High court has given him bail for eight weeks on medical grounds.

Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was allowed to leave the country after the notification from the ministry of interior. Under taking signed by the president of Pakistan Muslim league (N) Mian Shahbaz Sharif in Lahore High Court was attached with the notification. Mian Nawaz Sharif has been allowed to leave the country for four weeks by the Lahore High Court. But this duration can be increased if doctors advise so.

Last week delegations of Pakistan Muslim League (N) visited London and meet Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and conveyed their best wishes for his health.
