Parviaz Mushraf shifted to hospital in Dubai

Former President of Pakistan and the Ex-Army chief Gen® Parviaz Mushraf on Monday was shifted to Dubai American Hospital in Dubai. It has been reported that the former chief executive was having complications in his heart and blood pressure measurements.

According to the spokesperson of the party former president was having health related problems and recently he was experiencing pain in his chest.

Former dictator came back to Pakistan in year 2013 after he ended his self-imposed exile. Soon after his arrival he was banned to leave abroad for three years. Former general faced high treason case but managed to leave the country in March 2016.

Recently special court announced that verdict of the high treason case will be announced on Nov 28 which was stopped by the IHC. Pervaiz Musharaf himself plead that because of his health he is not able to come and face his cases and this will be unfair that decision is announced without giving him the chance to defend himself.

Former president is in Dubai after his departure from Pakistan in year 2016. Former president was visited by the doctor at his house where doctor advised to shift him to the hospital to avoid further complications. on this advise Parviaz Mushraf shifted to hospital. This was confirmed by the All Pakistan Muslim League.

General Pervaiz Musharraf in October 1999 toppled the Elected Government of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and became chief executive.  After elections in 2001 he became the tenth President of Pakistan and remained in the office till 2008. He remained chief of army staff for nine years.
